I had 5 or 6 cash for homes make offers and three contracts. The first backed out two weeks before closing, the second backed out for no reason given and the last backed out 4 days before closing because they didn’t have the cash they said they had, all allegedly big cash for home investors! Put me in a bind because they knew, based on the first contract, I had a contract to buy a smaller home for cash. Out of nowhere, Josh and Blake and their team called and came over the same day, 2 days before the closing on my new place. They made me an offer and stuck to it and swore they could close in 2 days. Because I had to wait for the other contract to expire, even though they expressed their intent to break it (the company before Property Solutions), they basically had 1 day and they DID IT! They were helpful and gracious about everything, including giving me the rest of the week to get my stuff out of the home I lived in for 20 years with my husband and two children. They knew my story and showed a lot of respect and empathy. Thank you Jeff and Blake and Matt and Josh.
If you want or need to sell your house quickly, for cash, these guys say what they mean and mean what they say. They live in our community and are part of it. They are not like these companies from all over, who say they care, but really don’t, and play all kinds of dirty tricks.
